With Canva you can create your own calendar template and save it electronically and even print it for your own personal binder or notebook.What I like about Canva is that it's free. There are a wide variety of tools that you can use and templates that you don't even have to break your bank for. Plus if you have NO skills with digital design, this is a way to express your creativity without the difficult software.


With the Preview App, you can literally plan out your entire instagram layout for a consistent look to your feed and style. Here you can rearrange the order of your posts, edit your photos, find the top trending hashtags and even test them. What I also like is that you can check your analytics and see the analytics of other Instagrammers. I know right? Awesome.


And if you’re like me and have a hard time with captions, this app gives you that help! Preview App is free and available to both iPhone AND android users. So jump on that.


With the Later app, you are able to plan out your posts for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter. Right now the Later App is one of the most popular planning apps that is used by Showtime, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company and so many others. Later focuses on the VISUAL needs and allows for you to set up automatic scheduling and even post on your IG stories. There are different pricing tiers that give you different levels of access, but for your professional needs, this might be a great one of the best resources that will make your life easier.


​Hootsuite is one of the leading social media management platforms. It covers literally every aspect of curating content and scheduling posts the way professionals do. With hootsuite you can make sure that your social media presence stays ACTIVE and that you are consistently engaging with your audience by scheduling your posts, and managing your scheduled content. They have this great feature where you can use a BULK composer and upload and schedule hundreds of social media posts at one time. Hootsuite has 4 pricing plans starting at $29 a month up to $599 a month. They even have an option where you can customize your plan based on the services you need.
