Cancellation Policy

Please note that the final details will be outlined in a formal contract provided after your discovery call. -Contract and Refund Policy: You will receive a formal contract outlining all services, terms, and conditions after your discovery call. A full refund is available if you decide to cancel before the contract is signed. Once the contract is signed, no refunds will be issued. However, you may still cancel the services at any time, but the agreed-upon fees will apply. -Discovery Call: You are free to reschedule or cancel your discovery call at any time, though we kindly request a 24-48 hour notice. During the discovery call, we can discuss any potential add-ons or customizations to your package. -Contract Term and Payments: A minimum contract term of 3 months is required for all services.
