There are no refunds if canceled 24 prior to consultation

You may request to cancel your consultation for a full refund, up to 72 hours before the date and time of the consultation. Cancellations between 25-72 hours before the consultation may be transferred to a different date/time. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the consultation's date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer. When you book for an appointment, you agree to these terms.
