Cancellation Policy

Consultation and Project Scope: A free initial consultation is provided to discuss your project, understand your vision, and define the scope of work. After the consultation, you will receive a detailed project proposal outlining the deliverables, timeline, and costs. Pricing and Payment: Pricing for design services is listed on our website. Custom projects will be quoted based on the scope of work discussed during the consultation. A 100% deposit is required to begin work on your project. No work will commence until the full payment has been received. Contract and Refund Policy: You will receive a formal contract detailing the design services, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. A full refund is available if you cancel before the contract is signed. Once the contract is signed, no refunds will be issued, and the project will proceed as agreed. Revisions and Approvals: Your package includes 3 revisions within the scope of the contract. Additional revisions are available at a set rate of $60 per revision.
