Service Description

Everything in the Design + Basic Print Coordination Package - Custom design services for up to 5 print items. Advanced Print Coordination: - Includes coordination of specialty printing techniques (e.g., embossing, foil stamping) and handling larger quantities. Printing and Delivery: - Includes printing and delivery of up to 500 copies of each print item, plus custom packaging (e.g., boxes, mailers). Custom Packaging Design: - Bespoke design for product packaging, tailored to your brand. Revisions: - Up to 5 rounds of revisions per item. Turnaround Time: - Typically 3-5 weeks, including printing and delivery.


Cancellation Policy

Consultation and Project Scope: A free initial consultation is provided to discuss your project, understand your vision, and define the scope of work, including design and printing needs. After the consultation, you will receive a detailed project proposal outlining the deliverables, printing specifications, timeline, and costs. Pricing and Payment: Pricing for design and printing packages is listed on our website. Custom projects will be quoted based on the scope of work discussed during the consultation. A 100% deposit is required to begin work on your project. No work will commence until the full payment has been received. Contract and Refund Policy: You will receive a formal contract detailing the design and printing services, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. A full refund is available if you cancel before the contract is signed. Once the contract is signed, no refunds will be issued, and the project will proceed as agreed. Revisions and Approvals: Your package includes 3 design revisions within the scope of the contract. Additional revisions are available at a set rate of $60 per revision. All revision requests must be made within [number] days of receiving the initial design drafts. Delays in providing feedback may affect the project timeline. A final proof of the design will be provided before printing. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof. Any errors found after printing will be the client’s responsibility. Printing Process and Delivery: Once the design is approved, the printing process will begin according to the specifications outlined in your contract. Printing timelines vary depending on the project size and complexity. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of contract signing. All printed materials will be shipped to the address provided unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs will be included in your final invoice. Project Timeline: A timeline for design and printing milestones will be provided in the contract. Meeting deadlines is a collaborative effort, and timely communication from both parties is essential. If you require expedited printing or delivery, rush fees may apply. Ownership and Rights: Upon full payment, you will receive the rights to the final design files, excluding any fonts or stock images that are subject to their own licensing agreements.
