Cancellation Policy
Consultation and Project Scope: A free initial consultation is provided to discuss your project, understand your vision, and define the scope of work. After the consultation, you will receive a detailed project proposal outlining the creative direction, timeline, and costs. Pricing and Payment: Pricing for creative direction services is listed on our website. Custom projects will be quoted based on the scope of work discussed during the consultation. A 100% deposit is required to begin work on your project. No work will commence until the full payment has been received. Contract and Refund Policy: You will receive a formal contract detailing the creative direction services, timeline, payment terms, and intellectual property rights. A full refund is available if you cancel before the contract is signed. Once the contract is signed, no refunds will be issued, and the project will proceed as agreed. Revisions and Approvals: Your package includes 3 revisions within the scope of the contract. Additional revisions are available at a set rate of $60 per revision. All revision requests must be made within [number] days of receiving the initial creative concepts. Delays in providing feedback may affect the project timeline. Third-Party Collaborators (Videographers/Photographers): As part of our creative direction services, we may recommend or coordinate with external videographers, photographers, and other creative professionals. While we work with reputable professionals, we do not assume liability for their actions, conduct, or the final quality of their work. Any agreements, contracts, or payments made directly with third-party vendors are separate from our creative direction services and are the client’s responsibility. We will ensure that all parties involved understand the creative vision and project requirements, but ultimate responsibility for third-party deliverables rests with the client. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your project at any time, but a minimum of 24-48 hours' notice is required. If you cancel after the contract is signed, the full deposit will be forfeited. Liability Waiver: Our role is to guide and direct the creative process; however, we are not liable for any actions or misconduct of third-party collaborators, including videographers, photographers, or other external professionals.
